About this application

Cloud4Sure Hub ("the application") is an internal tool operated by Cloud4Sure for managing IT support for its own customers. It is not offered for sale or for use by anyone outside Cloud4Sure.

Who may use it

Only Cloud4Sure staff and contractors who have been invited by a Cloud4Sure administrator may use the application. Each user must keep their password, authenticator app and recovery codes private.

Connecting QuickBooks Online

• When a QuickBooks Online company is connected, the application reads customer records (names, contact details and addresses) so they can be shown alongside support information.
• The application only reads data. It does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks.
• The connection can be removed at any time from Settings, Integrations in the application, or from the connected apps list in QuickBooks.

No warranty

The application is provided as it is, for internal use. Cloud4Sure makes no guarantee that it will be available at all times or free from errors.

Changes

Cloud4Sure may update this agreement. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
